This is a pretty amazing kit. The CMGS stage 2 will work with any turbo or supercharged petrol/diesel, The CMGS 52mm Progressive controller is adjustable from 1-30 psi. You set the start and full boost.  As you increase in boost, you increase in water/meth flow. This gauge doubles as a vacuum and boost gauge also.  Like all of our kits this comes with our high pressure pump and solenoid as standard.  If you run more than 30 psi this will still work, but it will turn on full flow by 30 psi.

There is a boost sensor built in so you just simply connect the boost line to the back of the controller.  This displays boost and vacuum from -30 to +30. 

Just like the JB4 failsafe our FSB is designed to work with our CMGS progressive controller to keep your engine safe when mapping to be meth dependant.

The FSB (FAILSAFE BOX) is an all new potted electronic pump reading module. This module never comes in contact with any fluid so the reliability is without equal. The FSB will be installed between the CMGS and the pump. This unit will and log several criteria about the pumps operation and send it to the CMGS. CMGS will store this in flash memory. CMGS will expect the system to be operating within the logged params. If there is a deviation, there is an error and the CMGS will trip an error code and trip the yellow failsafe wire which will pull boost. You will have to fix the problem and cycle the power before the yellow wire and the code will clear.

Water/Methanol injection for your forced induction project is the perfect way to greatly reduce intake air temperatures while increasing fuel octane levels. This advantage will allow for safe tuning of higher boost levels and more aggressive ignition tuning, without the cost of race fuels!


Reduces Air Inlet Charge TempsThe term “liquid intercooling” with water/methanol injection refers to a highly atomised mist of water/methanol that is injected into the air stream and begins to evaporate. As it does, this evaporation effect reduces air charge temps by as much as 100 degrees, and delivers a more oxygen-rich air charge.

Reduces Detonation (Knock) Water absorbs heat (6x more than fuel), and methanol is a cool burning, anti-knock rated fuel. When combined and introduced into the inlet stream, they can effectively increase your vehicle’s anti-knock index so you can reliably increase boost pressure and advance ignition timing using pump fuel.

Reduces Carbon DepositsModern vehicles fitted with Exhaust Gas Re circulation (EGR) devices for emissions control promote heavy carbon build up inside the air intake. This carbon build-up can create ‘hot spots’ in the combustion chambers that can cause detonation. Water/methanol injection has a ‘steam cleaning’ effect that reduces this carbon build up, and in some cases can increase fuel economy.
